UModeler, Inc.(the "Company") collects, uses, and provides personal information based on user consent and complies with related laws, regulations, and guidelines. The company establishes and discloses the following personal information processing policy to protect users' personal information and handle complaints quickly and efficiently.
Article 1 Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information
The company processes personal information for the following purposes, and the personal information processed will not be used for purposes other than the following. The company shall take necessary measures, such as obtaining separate consent when the purpose of the use is changed.
- Member Registration and Management: Confirmation of intent to sign up for membership, identification/certification of identity through the provision of membership services, maintenance/management of membership qualifications, prevention of illegal use of services
- Provision of Services: Utilization for provision of services, paid service purchase and fee settlement, inquiry handling, notification delivery, the establishment of a service environment in terms of privacy protection, personalized service provision, service improvement
- Complaint Handling: Verification of the identity of the user, verification of complaints, contact and notification for factual investigation, notification of processing results, prevention and sanctions against acts that interfere with the normal operation of the service (including account theft and fraudulent use)
- Development and Marketing of New Services and Utilization of Advertisements: Development of new services and provision of personalized services, provision of event and advertisement information and opportunities to participate, identification of access frequency, statistics on member service use, and service effectiveness check

(Required) Name; email address; Country info
(Optional) Information for service use determined and entered by the information subject: mobile phone number; adress, affiliated school or workplace; other information directly entered by the user to use UModeler service, etc.
In addition, information may be automatically generated or collected in the process of using the service for purposes such as securing the stability of the service, providing safe service, and limiting violations of laws and service terms and conditions.
- Service use records, access logs, transaction records, IP information, cookies, flawed and fraudulent use records, mobile device information (e.g., model name, mobile carrier information, OS information, screen size, language and country information, advertising ID, device identification information)
- Illegal/unlawful access to the service and related records, information necessary to check the safe operating environment of the service
- Consultation details (service usage details, call contents, etc.) when using wired or online consultation services
